Moving data from old PC

I will soon install Parallels and wish to move all of the data from my old PC to my Mac to be used with Parallels. Is there a means of doing this without copying onto DVD's and pasting into the new machine?

Yes. The new version of Parallels includes something called "Parallels Transporter". Install this on your old machine, and it will guide you through the process.
