Windows on the Mac: Start up - Windows on the Mac

Hi there,

I'm running Windows on Mac with Bootcamp, and I don't have any other Mac software installed (including the Mac OS). My issues is, on boot up the normal white screen comes up, but then the screen goes back with a white bar flashing in the top left hand corner. After about 30 seconds of this, windows starts up normally. I was wondering if that delay is normal. It's rather annoying. Is there any way I can get rid of the black screen?
