How can we successfully clone a NTFS Windows XP partition? We are in the process of switching a medium-size company from Windows to Mac. To accomplish this we have decided to use Boot Camp first, to deploy the machines while maintaining a familiar feel for the employees, and later switch them to OS X (once they have completed training. We have the master computer read to be cloned but cannot find any single discussion or thread where someone claims to have done it successfully. The solution does not have to be free.
Thanks, in advance, for any advice you may have to offer.

Is the NTFS Master installed on a Mac or on a standalone PC?

The master and target are both iMacs. Essentially, a 50/50 split drive... OS X (10.6.2) on one partition and XP SP3 on the other.
For what it's worth, I just tried using WinClone and it failed. The image was created successfully (or, at least, WinClone reported it was), however, when I went to do the restore it failed. It complained that the drive was not dismounted correctly and recommended using CHKDSK /F to fix it. The odd part is that the original machine WAS shutdown correctly before the image was created.
